Atefia Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every account registered on Atefia Casino and every wager placed through the platform. By creating an account, a player accepts these conditions in full. Atefia may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Eligibility
Players must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, to register an account. Atefia reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including proof of age, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are closed immediately, and any balance is forfeited in accordance with applicable regulation.

2. Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one active account. Players must provide accurate registration details. Supplying false information, including a false date of birth or false identity documents, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Deposits are typically processed instantly. Withdrawals require identity verification to be complete and may take between a few minutes and several business days depending on the method selected, as outlined on the Payments section of the homepage. Atefia reserves the right to request additional verification for unusually large withdrawals or where account activity triggers a compliance review.
Any deposit made in error, or resulting from a payment processing fault, may be reversed by Atefia at its discretion, including reversal of any winnings generated from the erroneous funds.
4. Bonus Terms
All promotional offers, including the welcome match, reload bonuses, cashback and crash tokens, are subject to the specific terms published on the Bonuses page at the time the offer is claimed. General conditions applying to all bonuses include:
- Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address and payment method.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated window, after which unused bonus funds and related winnings are forfeited.
- Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active; wagers placed above the limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Atefia reserves the right to withhold or reverse winnings where bonus terms have been circumvented through coordinated play, pattern betting or the use of multiple accounts.
5. Fair Play and Game Integrity
All games offered on Atefia use certified random number generation or, in the case of Crash, a provably fair seed mechanism that can be independently verified by the player. Any attempt to exploit a software bug, use unauthorised third-party software, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through the exploit.
6. Responsible Gambling
Atefia provides tools to support responsible play, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. Players who feel their gambling is becoming a concern are encouraged to use these tools or contact the regional Gamblers Anonymous helpline listed in the footer of this site. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the selected exclusion period ends, regardless of the reason given for the request.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
Atefia reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, underage access, money laundering, or any other breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, the verified balance will be returned to the player through an approved withdrawal method.
8. Limitation of Liability
Atefia is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, or events outside its reasonable control. The platform is provided on an as-is basis, and while every effort is made to maintain uptime and game availability, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is made.
9. Complaints
Players with an unresolved dispute may submit a formal complaint through the support email listed in the footer. Atefia commits to an initial written response within five business days. If a resolution cannot be reached directly, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority’s dispute resolution service.
10. Governing Terms
These terms are governed by the licensing jurisdiction under which Atefia operates. Any provision found to be unenforceable does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. These terms, together with the Bonus Terms and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the player and Atefia regarding use of the platform.
11. Currency and Payment Processing
All balances on Atefia are denominated in US dollars. Where a player deposits through a payment method that settles in a different currency, the conversion rate applied is the rate provided by the payment processor at the time of transaction, and Atefia is not responsible for fluctuations in that rate. Any fee charged by a bank or card issuer for currency conversion or international processing is the responsibility of the player and is not reimbursed by Atefia.
12. Communication and Notices
By registering, players consent to receive account-related communication by email, including verification requests, security alerts and changes to these terms. Promotional communication can be opted out of separately through the account notification settings without affecting the delivery of essential account and security notices. Atefia will not sell or share a player’s contact details with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
All game software, branding, graphics and site content displayed on Atefia remain the property of Atefia or its licensed software providers. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution or reverse engineering of any part of the platform is prohibited.
14. Amendments
Atefia may amend these terms at any time to reflect regulatory changes, new game offerings, or operational updates. Material changes affecting bonus terms, withdrawal rules or account eligibility will be flagged through an on-site notice at login. Continued use of the account after such a notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms in full.
